Create a list of those that express interest and let them know when you have the deal.I would also add that you need to get educated as to what you can and cannot do as far as the SEC is concerned.

We even allow tenants to pay cash at a few places we partner with (711, ace cash express, CVS) where they take in cash and rather than buy a money order, they show a QR code and they $ goes right into their ledger
