I was blown away by the amount of never responded to emails and communications When you purchased the property did you keep the property manager in place?

It also serves as a great example of what I tell my college age daughters - email/text is a very hard place to have serious conversations without at least one person getting rubbed the wrong way by what can be inadvertent phrasing by the other party. 

They send me several emails a week on opportunities from Coco Beach in the north to about half hour south of Tamarindo in the south.

BUT………when asked a DIRECT question, it behooves the person attempting to build trust to provide a truthful direct answer, not insult the person asking the question and not by saying I don’t have to answer that, and not by stating the same unclear statement that was the Catalyst for the question.  

After my initial email contact with my mentor I wrote out a list of questions for our phone call and we worked our way through them during our call.
