I did talk to the P&Z department and it seems that it has a high likelihood of passing.

I use Z Modo cameras in mine when they are not occupied.

I'm able to find specific information on escrow requirements for higher-priced loans, but can't find anything about specific requirements for high-cost loans specifically, not even under Regulation Z 1026.32.

For free from Z - go on Zillow lookup what rents are for 2 bed 2 bath and use it as your guide.
