I’ve join a brokerage not too long ago and learned how to cold call.

I work for a brokerage company called Aurumy's where we get a ton of off and on market properties that need flipped or make good rentals.I'm also a licensed agent so I would love to connect with more agents in the area!

I am in Chicago and my brokerage manages over 1300 units in area.

So I worked 4 jobs in that 18-month timeframe to come up with the money for a suitable downpayment (without touching my brokerage, 401k, etc).Gosh!

But to me its just like all the agents that have worked for me over the years in the Brokerages I have owned..

I have owned 3 brokerages and while the test is not super difficult..

Almost all documents that are needed for closing (Bank, Credit Card statements, brokerage accounts, etc) are on line.  

I'm over the hill in Reno, NV but my brokerage lists a lot of small multifamily (2-15 units).
