What happened in the US today really mimics the situation in Asia in late 90/early 2000.

@Asia Muhammad, all of this should be in the original purchase and sale agreement.

It seems SE Asia props up the dollar so they can export their way to prosperity.The dollar will remain strong for some time lots of countries will make sure of that.

I'm traveling in Asia right now.

But the average Joe house still increasing, last time I check 900k house in Dec has now 1.2 mil valuation in May.When I learned from Asia's past history of inflation and real estate  appreciation , we have about 10 years more before the price is peaking.
