For a vacation rental, I could see people thinking they look dirty / streaky. 

But I see people turning long term or highly appreciated primaries in to rentals.

They call it a tribe, a family, or something similar, giving people the sense they belong to something special—often creating a tight-knit environment that makes it harder to question what’s really being offered.So, what’s the takeaway?

@Anthony Saheed I would advise you to be very careful to recommend people to speculate in volatile real estate markets.

I'm doing this exact thing right now- I've been pleasantly surprised by how many people in my network have resources, cash and interest in something like this. 

.: I just hired an architect to design and plans submit for ADU in my 8 multi unit to use the tuck under parking.Some people say do not try to be the general contractor as it will take way more time, costly mistakes and will be nearly impossible to manage with current work. best to hire a company that will do it all and cost about $250 per square foot.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electricity due to the reduced natural light and more people indoors.
