One of Amazon's and Nike's Distribution center is located in Memphis and Amazon is expanding their facility.

The main one I found that seems to be really good is Hybrid Construction LLC https://www.hybridgc.com/ While I cannot vouch for their work (as I have not use them personally yet), the photos and videos I've seen on youtube for their rehabs look authentic.

How do you make sure the document is authentic. 

1) Just do it (apologies to Nike) since you'll learn a hella more about making calls than any class/training2) Do NOT use a script since it acts like every call is the same and it shows3) Have a goal on what you want out of the call (like when/if you want to sell, what price, etc). 

I can answer both of these questions more authentically and easier when I have more context on your specific goals and life situation.

Intel is not looking good right now and Nike is shrinking here. 

(Really wish NFL, NBA, Coke, Nike, ... would hear this). 

Think hotels will come back, but only smaller strip malls in good location have much appeal.Industrial is OK, but office is driven a lot by Intel and Nike in WashCo.
