Not many other fields allow for this kind of "salary" without any formal education and/or years of formal apprenticeship to get to that level.You have to put in a lot of time and effort and really bust your hump to get there.

I went through a local apprenticeship for low voltage electrical work (telecommunications), where I worked side by side with electricians, and other trades.

Trade jobs like electrician- 4 years paid apprenticeship and 100k a year, after qualification all you need is a high school diploma.

Think of schools that offer trades apprenticeship programs (electrician, powerline, carpentry, etc) and then align your thesis to coincide with what they do and how they do it.

But, it's a decent amount of time, effort and money to do so.As for a GC license, they don't teach you anything about contracting when you take those courses -- in fact, in most places, you need to have a lot of experience and apprenticeships in contracting before you'll even be considered for a GC license.

The reason Guru or coaching is even a business is because there is a market for it.You have many people that want to fast forward to RE rich's without going through the apprenticeship portion.they want to be told how to do it...and they want it now.. and they want to do it with no money...
