A few of them work in a place where they meet with many people such as airports.

They are getting quite a few new jobs (~2,500) to the South end (the airport) over the next couple of years.

It's centrally located, near trains and Airport nearby, plus the town serves as a commuter town for London - only 25 mins to the centre by train.

Which, from my understanding isn't always the most profitable of areas (close to the beach from Carmel Valley - where we currently live - up to Palomar Airport). 

OBX doesn't get as much vacation traffic and lacks many of the attractions you'll find here in Myrtle, not to mention our award-winning airport. 

However the AmEx Platinum business offers a big sign up bonus and allows you lounge access at airports (my favorite thing)

I’d consider moving especially If you have job prospects in the new community, and I’d certainly recommend researching it well before considering moving there in terms of life style, outdoor activities, night life, schools if you have or may have children, travel accessibility (highways, airports) sports teams if this is important to you, etc.

The land where the Denver Airport would end up traded over 30 times by a group of the very politicians that had a say in the location.
