Thoughts on this Complex / Area in Texas
As I research Texas, I have began by familiarizing myself with its areas, trying to better become acquainted with each sub division and its offering, and I ran across the following property:
3209 Norwalk
Dallas, TX 75220
I have not ran any numbers, but I wanted to see what the locals thoughts were regarding the neighborhood, rentability, and its listed price.
From the research that I have done about the surrounding area:
- It seems like University Park is a hot spot.
- I did notice an airport nearby, so possibly the property is 'centrally' located.
- From a street view, going up and down the blocks, I couldn't tell if this property is in a highly dense location, or just simply located in the projects.
- 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom rent is 500.00
Look forward to thoughts and opinions
