I am a Software entrepreneur conducting some research.That being said, I really admire real estate investors and think that the MHP industry looks like a awesome industry.So, I was wondering if you would help me out or point me in the right direction to find the information I need.Here is the criteria I am looking for:-how many MHPs are in the USA?

I have to agree with @Brent Coombs.Again, it looks like you started something you weren't prepared to finish.While the ambition is admirable, the lack of preparedness is a serious flaw.

As a new investor anxiously awaiting her first deal I admire you for trudging through the muddy trenching of which I'm currently navigating.

It's sad that you attribute this disagreement to you being a woman, as there are MANY MANY fantastic women on Bigger Pockets with great advice, many of which have come out to the Bay to share in non-pitching way, that both myself and Arlen admire. 

Some will say on this board that financing is evil and prefer to pay everything cash which is admirable, but depending on your goals and time lines, financing can be used in good ways, there is good debt!

I really admire a much older friend who had rentals, after the Korean War he was employed at a factory, stayed there to retirement, over 40 years inside the same walls.
