The only part of what you said that I want viewers to be careful of is the huge discount in price (you sound like you run an efficient business, this is more for the first time buyers)An all cash offer is going to discount the price for you but I want buyers to be VERY CAREFUL using this strategy.

You need to have a strategy to "tell the viewer" what you want them to do.

We don't advertise our "open houses" as such - we tell prospective viewers that the property is available for viewing between X and X on these days, that someone will be at the property able to show them around and answer any questions.

Team viewer or go to my pc...I prefer the one time cost.

If not, there are 3rd party list companies that have that data.I used to access the records by locating the property on Parcel Viewer (http://gismaps.kingcounty.gov/parcelviewer2/), but it looks like the behavior changed recently (still lots of good information, so take a look - once you locate and click on the property, click on Property Report then Property Detail).Instead go directly to the records website (https://recordsearch.kingcounty.gov/LandmarkWeb/Home/Index) and search by the parcel number.  

As for Detroit (Wayne County), the web site I found ( http://wayne.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Viewer/index.html?

The viewer will then check out your article.

Most viewers don't fill out an application (the almost all take them, though.)
