I grew my client base from 0 active clients to ~90 within the last 5 months.. from California, to New York, to Florida, and even had a few international clients in the UK and Dubai. 

We started buying houses in the UK with our first owner-occupied bungalow, and then bought another owner occupied house when we were posted to Arizona. 

My parents immigrated to the US from Guinea, West Africa before I was born.

Nothing but doctors from the UK moving to the US with their daughters and by the way my company will send you a check...

There are way to many u/k variables to determine the logic of of your initial investment on this forum but it seems a decision needs to be made on your property management arrangements.As you are an absentee owner you have to trust your PM and if you do not then it is time to move on.
