Newbie from Wales, UK

Hello, 

My name is Arash Zandi, born in Iran and raised in Wales, UK.

Upon readying books by authors such as Robert Kiyosaki, Gary Keller and Toni Robbins I decided to picked up Real Estate and buy my financial freedom. I've since read multiple books, listened to podcasts, watched Youtube videos and regularly attend local seminars. 

I'm a filmmaker involved in documentary and Fictional projects. My goal is to eventually dedicate most of my time to filmmaking. I believe passive income from Real Estate will enable me to do just that. 

I found out about BiggerPockets thru watching their great Youtube videos. I then listened to their Podcasts for sometime before deciding to join this vibrant community. 

At this stage I'd like to learn further about Wholesaling.
