Sales Rep, toddler, baby due, and not a ton of free time!

Honestly one toddler does more damage to a home than two cats.

The son and daughter really watch out for my toddler.

First I thought it would change after the kids weren't babies/toddlers any more.

I’ve found a few good deals but hesitant because I’m scared I wont have enough time to manage the properties (full time job/toddlers) I’ve come across a few property management companies and interviewed them but its stopped there. 

I'd probably put one on to save my plumbing. really no toilet lid  that sure sounds pretty slumlordy to me. not to mention what if baby falls in and drowns because there was no toilet lid.. toddlers need those things closed you can buy a  safety latch for them..

We took a look at the apartment and everything semed OK, until the day I got the keys. i noticed the carpets in what would be my sons room were disgusting and not livable especially for a toddler. also there is construction going on in the apartment that is still not finished.Now he is telling apartment is being rented as is, i offered to split the cost of a new carpet with him and he refuses.

Have you ever been around a toddler ?

Also if you have any tips on a good school for toddlers that would be great! 

The latest tenants that moved in have a toddler, which brings up another issue; if you are paying close attention to the picture above, the railing is not up to code.
