After 2 months back and forth with the seller, I finally closed last Friday (26th).

After trying to reach him all day yesterday (former mortgage contingency date), he finally called me at 7PM with his usual completely unfounded confidence and said that the file should be through U/W by Friday and we’ll close next week.

If it is illegal, either yourself or an outside helper, put them out on Friday night and pick them up on Sunday night.

He calls me this Friday 7:45 am to come fix the AC; he stated that he was sick and it was getting hot etc., did I mention that we were going through the storm and long weekend.
