I just ordered a subway sandwich from a kiosk and I have to tell you it was fast...easy....and for once my sandwich came out exactly the way I ordered it.

Heck running a subway sandwhich franchise is a better use of 100k than buying most rental properties long term.

Regular subway tile with a strip down the middle, can't go wrong.
