If the property is an investment property, the max LTV I have seen is 75% and it needs to be a first position lien.Conventional mortgages require a full interior & exterior appraisal, unless you qualify for an appraisal waiver granted by the automated underwriting submission

One person will get on and say you need to pay 3k for their training materials before your considered for a loan.. you get it back when you fund a loan .. but then these people say the deals are never good enough they spend more time and money on their 600.00 submission fee only to get turned down and by the time they blow through 6 months and 4k plus and never get a loan they are disgruntled..

so your out 3k and some submission fee's and never get a deal funded.. that seems to me to be the opposite of no money down lending.. that's taking money for turn downs..
