What exactly does it take to get something under contract?
What are the steps needed to get a property (house or land) under contract? How is this done with no financing secured? For purposes of wholesaling (stay out of this John, lol) can you walk me through what I need to do to accomplish this? There must be some barrier to entry to getting it under contract?
