My new  tenants upstairs apparently brought in a "portable washer" which has leaked into the downstairs unit - destroying the tenant's bed and TBD on the rest of the damage.

I will use the pad to park portable storage units to rent.

I've built a 56" wide closet in the MBR of a rental.

If there isnt it would be easy to add one there if it is in like a closet or something.

It has a closet and two windows leading outside but also french doors (with glass panels) and a window that looks into the kitchen.Would this window between "bedroom" and kitchen affect the sale price?

Nicer pillows and throws can add the wow.I've done this same thing on 2 properties, and it seems to have worked each time.I also debated putting food in the fridge and some shoes/clothes in the closets (etc) in case someone cased it out during a showing.

In some cases US real estate is akin to having a bunch of gold bars in the closet for investors in other countries.

If you screen well then the skeletons will come out of the closet.  

The property is newly renovated pretty  much all around.New floors, kitchens, bathrooms, paint and trim, 2 carrier ac units, new furnace, 2 water heaters, split electric and gas.Natural gas, pub water and sewer.I will be wrapping closing costs into the mortgage.Ideally, this will be my first home so I will be using this for initially a house Hack, but planning on adding 1 master sweet with walk in closet and bathroom over the empty space above the garage.I was just toying with the numbers to see when we move out if this will make money monthly.

Open every drawer, cabinet, and closet to inventory contents.
