I'm looking at a building of 4 individually pinned 2/2 condos that is out of my area. Anyone have any thoughts on the best way to finance them. One commercial loan? Four individual mortgages? Thoughts? Ideas?

Check to see if your condo complex is actually registered as a townhouse complex, which has different FHA restrictions that a condominium.

If you don't split the lot, then you're essentially making a horizontal condominium complex.

After doing a research in the area on the best buys, my property that I've selected is within a brand new condominium complex near the ski mountain.   

It’s expected in a new development condominium.

Is anyone fimilar with condominiums that do better than others? 

You will need to know what the HOA fees are and you should also ask for the Condominium Declaration plus the minutes of the board meetings for the past year.

However, an exemption of more than $25,000 is not allowed to any one person or on any one dwelling house, except that an exemption up to the assessed valuation of $25,000 may be allowed on each apartment or mobile home occupied by a tenant-stockholder or member of a cooperative corporation and on each condominium parcel occupied by its owner.
