Office Condo For Sale in Medical Building

Hello BP Community,

I am looking for my first commercial property and came across a Office Condo that is in a Medical Building. The condo is a descent size of about 1,300 sqft and is right next to a hospital. My first questions is, where do I start? Are their any favorable ways of financing this condo? What are the fees usually associated with owning an office condo (HOA,etc)? Thanks again for your time.
