I have seen insane assessments or even lawsuits against the management that cause problems on all sides. 

looking back I got a decent deal but it took too long to close and I need to find a team for the long term to accumulate fourplexes or build them.I'm wondering if people involved are just washing their hands if my deal rather than grow from it.Emails from before closing were insane looking back on it. 

I haven't heard of that and had wondered my self how to automate this payment without insane fees for both sides.

It’s insane trying to get some sort of funding via SBA Loan because some require either 25% of what you’re asking to borrow, collateral, x amount in assets…etc.
