@Sandra Andrews I find investors from my "local" Cincinnati REIA on zoom meetings, note investing Facebook groups, note investing conferences.

People may have opinions, but use what works for you.Finding a Mentor: LinkedIn or Facebook groups are great for finding mentors.

Hey Hunter,As a property manager for over 20 years, I can say you're definitely hitting the key platforms with Zillow, Facebook, and Apartments.com.

I will check them out.Alecia-I belonged to a few Facebook groups.

You can also check their reviews online at Google, Facebook, or Yelp.

I also do post to local neighborhood groups on Facebook periodically but recently have cut down on my social media dramatically (too much drama, arguing, and general hatred towards one another.)That said, when you meet someone for the first time and they say, "What do you do for a living" I've (finally) pivoted to say, "I own a small real estate business" first (instead of after talking about my W2.) 

@Jeremiah Hipp I would start by looking on Facebook and Meetup to see if there are any real estate groups or in person meetups close to your location. 

You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

Also, I reccomend looking into meetup.com and joining MA investing groups on Facebook.
