Where to post your property for rent

Hi everybody I was wondering where you post your properties for rent on long term investing this is what I am using now but I did not know if there were anyplace I was missing that you thought was important

1. Renter

2. Zillow 

3. Facebook

4. appartments.com

Hey Hunter,

As a property manager for over 20 years, I can say you're definitely hitting the key platforms with Zillow, Facebook, and Apartments.com. I’d also suggest adding Craigslist and Zumper—they're still good for finding tenants, especially in Saint Petersburg. Another tip: use Rentometer and RentCast to double-check your rental rates; they’re great for comparing rents in your area and making sure you're priced right. I’ve used them for years, and they’ve really helped me stay competitive. Good luck with your listings!
