Lying on a time card should put them on your side - provided you can show the proof (be it a camera showing they're not there that day/time that they claimed (save the footage) on their timesheet, or whatever you have.

It won't hurt your credit score (as long as you shop within a 30 day time period) and you can typically save a lot of money by spending some time comparing costs between more than one lender.Hope this helps!

If you are looking to buy properties in such markets, make sure you acquaint yourself with that particular area, driving around daytime and at night to make sure nothing bad is goimg on there.

@Anita MuhammadI do not allow any tenant to smoke / vape etc. not only is the smell impossible to get out but also it’s a fire hazardThe rest is up to you and how you define the lease.
