We use Simply Accounting in our (non-real estate) business, which we chose on the recommendation of a friend who is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Them and Palm Beach are the only national charters in S.

My friend has a yacht charter business, not unlike a vacation rental, and one of the add-on amenities is a jet ski package...everything requires multiple release of liability forms, instructions and operations procedures lists, emergency procedures list, he has multiple business specific insurance, along with requiring customer purchase of insurance too and LLC structured for minimum liability exposure.

I am closing on my second multi in 2 weeks using Charter Oak.

You need to push back.I picked a bunch from large banks,  creative lenders,  chartered ones,  and online companies. 

I also taught for five years at a charter school east of Paseo in the urban core serving families living in high poverty. 

Great charter school and you wouldn’t have to worry about Macon’s middle/High schools.
