Hello from Miami, FL
Hey everyone, my name is Daniel from Miami, FL. I've been looking over BP for a month or two now and decided it was time to get involved.
I understand that there is always risk when dealing with flipping houses, but I am trying to educate myself so I can get to the point where I can calculate the risk and make an informed business decision. I work in the HVAC industry and work with GCs on a daily basis so building that team will not be difficult. After speaking with my father and reading up on the forum, I realized that a strong relationship with a bank/hard money lender, realtor, and mentor is vital. So currently that is what I will be focusing on while I continue my reading and education.
