For PPC ads using Google Adwords, the specific Google Algorithm which is used for Ranking checks the landing page your ad is linking to, the relevance of the information provided in the ad, how much you're willing to pay compared to your competitors for that specific keyword, Click Through Rate (the number of clicks on the ad divided by the number of people it has been shown to), etc.

We use Google Ad Words and Facebook Ads that allow us to target specific groups. 

Google AdWords - I setup my LLC and website, and started an AdWords campaign to hopefully generate some leads on the web.Boots on the GroundWorking with a great agent I met here on BP, and a contractor who the agent knows very well.

We also are looking into using a website, and using a combination of SEO and Google AdWords PPC techniques.

We pretty much only do social media or AdWords campaigns.

In my experience I can waste that in a day with AdWords.

Craigslist, Postlets (and everywhere Postlets syndicates my ad), word of mouth - works much better than giving up a month's rent.

I could get more than that from the internet with the same spend on adwords if it wasnt easier to buy from other channels.2% is getting harder to come by, I'll give you that.  2 years ago you could buy 3% out of MLS all day long in Atlanta.
