I've been in the fitness and hospitality industries for my entire adult life and I'm currently in the midst of a career shift.I have management experience in both fields and I believe that the skills I've developed through years of working as personal trainer, fitness manager, bartender and restaurant manager can translate into a field of work. 

In short, adding little bits of money at a time would (in retrospect) have a court consider the entity as an alter ego of yourself (and your partners) and subsequently "pierce the corporate veil".
