Best free vs paid marketing sites for rental properties

Wanted to get everyone’s opinions on the best free vs paid marketing sites/apps. Has anyone found it too be much more beneficial to let’s say pay for the premium monthly membership for Turbo Tenant vs the free account?

Personal opinion - all you need is Zillow.com.  It is by far the biggest and most trafficked site out there.  We get so many responses from Zillow we typically turn off our ad after 2 days.  For our typical $1200 rental we will get 30-50 inquiries in a day.  We then reach out to those inquiries, have them fill out an application and vet them from there.  Our Zillow marketing costs us a few dollars a day… but because it is so effective we pay well under $10 to get a new tenant.  It’s a no-brainer for us!

All the best!
