I've got a substantial buyers list in place and I have been reading this board religiously.

It is my belief that you've just bought a rental property and your first tenants are the people that already lived there and failed to make payments.

Without that faith it does not serve your needs.It can be pierced under many circumstances, contrary to common belief, and it is virtually impossible for investors to remain anonymous with todays technology and social media.

So many questions go through your head that can often create limiting beliefs and hinder your progress.I don’t have enough experience.I don’t have enough capital.I don’t know any other Multifamily real estate investors.Why would someone give ME $100k to invest in a deal?

Sorry, but this belief makes little sense.

My personal belief is that until one can direct mail to thousands a month, the more specific and personal the letters the better the response rate will be.

Although about a year ago they came out with a stamp that some found to be religiously offensive.  

We all come from a belief in abundance, not scarcity.
