In my opinion, a bad joke on the part of Norristown to call run down blocks historic and force people that actually intend to improve properties to conform to make believe aesthetic preservation.I do contend that it is still possible to make Norristown work if you find a good enough deal.

Second, you need to find out done facts, average DOM, inventory levels now, last quarter, last year, 2 years ago, and break that inventory down into short sales, REOs, and standard sales.Next, you want to look for conforming properties, meaning you buy a home on a street with similar size homes on same street, i.e. don't buy a 3500 sq ft 6 bedroom home where the rest of the homes are 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom homes.

I can't blame people for trying to conform to lease terms.When I got the application from this couple, he said his landlord is selling the house, he has to give notice, he'll lease up by July 1, so his landlord would have adequate notice and he like to do that since the landlord's been very good to him.

I know in Norfolk it's considered "non-conforming use" even if zoning changes assuming the use isn't discontinued for a period of two years.
