@Przemyslaw Krol  what is your goal in going after landare you going to concentrate on infill highly desirable properties you can flip to infill builders.Or are you going to concentrate on low value Western US undeveloped land and try to buy for cash then carry back long term contracts on said land.Just curious what is going around these days.this land game is an old one just like all RE... and lord knows there are millions of worthless vacant parcels in the Western US>

I use a liquid product called "Bayer All In One Weed Control For Lawns", and I only buy the concentrate as it is more cost-effective when used with the pump sprayer that I already had for other liquids; there are other similar liquids from other brands, but I tend to stick with what I've had success with.

Yun's accuracy on past predictions, as I live in San Diego, well, La Jolla, and I'm from DC/Potomac, and neither market would I list in the top 20 post-big-recession.DC has the BRAC [military base realignment concentrations from closing military bases] plus of course the government expansion to stabilize housing prices and rents -- but that means in a market correction, there was less loss of value and fewer foreclosures than national average -- so MANY other cities have far better cash flow numbers for multifamily properties than DC, for our market [b and c undervalued multifamily]So, I'll assume Mr.
