Marie, an unrecorded contract that is poorly written can be a real problem.

The bad part is that there have been so many dealing in RE, as their business or just casual participants in investing that never understood that something they were doing was unethical or even illegal, there are those that really think getting all the other guys money and his blood is business, it's not, not in any business.

If your concerns are correct it would be a bloody one.
