I have a home that I bought Subject to, when I bought it I paid the seller $4,500 dollars and we were squared away! I rented it out and now I have been speaking with the renters about buying my house, they showed intrest. I was wondering if the renters were to buy it they would need to get financing which i dont think is a problem for them, but will it be a problem for a lender since the mortgage is in the subject to sellers name. I'm not on title, and I have a contract on the subject to deal. any help will be much appreciated!
