When I called the telephone number I had, the woman informed me that she was in fact, the borrower, and that she took out the loan for her daughter and had thought that she had been paying on this loan.

The seller is an older woman and I just don't want to do anything that would come off as pushy or would turn her off.

After digging through google, searching the name associated with the LLC, I found that the woman passed away in 2007.

I do psychosocial rehabilitation counseling, and run a one-woman office for a construction company, and he is a personal trainer and welder.

Turned out the woman was Preggo and about due with a good for nothing DB Boyfriend.

The house belongs to an old woman (90s) who is going to a nursing home.

If an older woman died of a heart attack, buyers can easily over look this.

It works when you find a middleman (woman) like me who finds these honest guys.
