From reading the millionaire investor by Keller I found the concept of find and refer as a way to make money.

I have already worked an internship at a local real estate branch (Keller William's Realty) so now I feel the next step is to get my real estate license.

Doing some quick math based on the numbers provided by Gary Keller in MREA of a 50:1 ratio my ROI would be pretty huge over the long run. 

Bigger Pockets is a good place to start, also look into going to your local REIA group meetings and I would recommend reading The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.

I have been doing lots of research and was wondering if anyone has any opinions of joining Keller Williams as a new agent?

I am not sure what companies are located where you are at or what fees and expenses all the companies charge, but if you have a Keller Williams up there they are usually pretty good for training and new agents.Usually the bigger name companies will have good training programs for new agents.

My wife and I will be agents together in the Puget Sound Federal Way office at Keller Williams.
