Keller Willaims? Any advice for a new agent?

Hello Everyone!

I am currently in the process of completing my pre-licensing course. I have been doing lots of research and was wondering if anyone has any opinions of joining Keller Williams as a new agent? It seems as though they are really committed to extensive training which is something I feel strongly about. Also, any advice on starting comm. splits, desk fees, etc.??

The best advice I could give you is that your local broker and firm mean more than the national franchise. Keller is a great company [they were my second choice], but that would not matter if your broker-in-charge was a complete *** and his firm was run poorly.

To really be happy and successful, both the franchise and the local firm have to be groups you would be comfortable with.
