Now that I think of it I had a friend whose mother bought a lot for $800k ski/in-ski/out to build on and before she broke ground she got an offer for triple the price she paid within one year of her purchase.

HORRIBLE.I fear this means if someone has residential home in Idaho that their property tax can SKY ROCKET from let’s say $3,000/year to TRIPLE that amount in short time period (like it has for millions of people!).

A person can purchase tax liens, make loans to private companies and make investments in traditional mutual funds until having sufficient funds to invest in RE.Many people lease property purchased to third party to avoid costs of maintenance.Taxes, insurance and maintenance can all be passed on to leasee in a triple net lease.

But now that I have a good one (hired about 3 years ago), I've been able to triple my units.  

If you're flipping houses with only one exit and interest rates triple you're stuck holding this nice and new asset but can't sell it because the market softens and prices come down.

Cherif has done a lot in the triple net space and has a great way of explaining how money is made there. 

Looking at starting a triple net syndication business with me being the sponsor and partnering up with like minded investors looking for a passive investment.

It might have the same cash-flow effect but it wouldn't have the same net worth effect; virtually any way you slice it, owning double or triple the number of properties for the same total equity is going to - over time - increase your net worth by double or triple that of a smaller portfolio of paid-off properties.

If you violate they can probably make a complaint and may be owed double or triple damages potentially.

Many say stay away from the east side, well Euclid is east, pricing there are more than tripled over the last 6, 7 9 years.
