Cleveland, OH - Area/zip code suggestion

Priya K.
Posted

Hello - I'm out of state and not familiar with Cleveland. I am reaching out to agents to get their perspective on areas to invest for a rental (B & C neighborhoods). Anyone have any suggestions on areas to avoid? I'm trying to stay away from war zones. When I was looking at Baltimore and Philly, I had a Prop Mgmt company and contractor refuse to work in certain zip codes. Appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

Hi Priya, Cleveland for the most part is a pretty good city to invest in. My personal recommendation would be to stay away from the Eastside. Berea all the way to Parma is a nice neighborhood you could start looking from there. I could share a map with you in which you could find better neighborhoods to start with. Reach out to me if you want it.
