10 years ago I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between a wood screw and a sheet metal screw... and now I'd say I'm pretty good at everything construction.

Hello everyone, For my day job/ career, I am a health services technician in the US Coast Guard, I have been in for five years now, and currently working the phlebotomy department, handling blood draws and other fun bodily specimen management.

Alternative investments in the last decade tend to be more Art and less precious metals.

Im at risk of making myself sound like a wacko here... but i like to think that my silver/gold coin collection is a better hedge against the next crash than US Dollars would be since precious metals tend to appreciate during economic uncertainty.

My AC evaporator luckily has an access panel that is easily removed and then a service plug in the side panel of the coil (plastic disc wedged into sheet metal) that I was able to remove, liberally spray down the coil on the 'incoming air side' with cleaner bought from lowes, and carefully spray some water onto the coils from the easily accessible 'outgoing air' side to back rinse after waiting the recommended time. 

I sleep 4 hours a night on average but on Sundays I try and get a full 7 . everyones different but I think the important thing is getting enough nutrients to support healthy bodily function.

They are always cheap thin metal, and they get banged up pretty easily.  

Put up a fence or $100 metal security door.

I haven't personally met all of my tenants throughout the years so I can't speak on everyone's race, but I did personally meet two of the tenants from the handful of photos I shared in this thread and one of them was a white family, the other a black family....Both the white and black family lived like savage animals.

It's like the adult version of juice pouches that are nothing but liquid sugar in a metal pouch with a plastic straw wrapped in more plastic that always ends up on the floor and never, ever in the garbage can.
