only way this peaks & diminishes is from behavior change.

Hence my inquiry.I understand that people are complex and capable of a broad range of behaviors.

Evictions and judgments are the only way to alert future landlords of bad behavior.

Human psychology/behavior has to be a big part of what you think will happen.  

I was the worlds worst I would answer and just to get these people off the phone I would agree to things I should not have.. once I stopped that behavior and made them all deal with my secretary everything got better on my end..

How sad our own governments rewards negative social behaviors and norms that all great cultures have embraced for thousands of years . 

Owning your own house means you get to do whatever the F you want in it(within the boundaries of civil behavior). 

If you this is common area then perhaps you can justify camera system to figure out and deter this behavior. 

From there you can easily trade your accumulated equity for small ownership shares of companies or bonds in a sensible split and use a tool like cFIREsim to precisely model the behavior of your portfolio for hundreds of periods with different economic climates.  

Hey guys,During my tenure of showing rental units to prospects, I've noticed a behavioral phenomenon during showings and I am trying to figure out what it means.Occasionally, I'll have a prospective tenant walk in to the unit,  poke their head into each room, and then declare that they want to proceed with the application process - all in the manner of 15 seconds (no hyperbole).
