Any realtor can sell a flipped house so I'm primarily looking for aid in buying.I know many people will say to not use real estate agents to buy flip houses but I'm holding a full-time job along with other responsibilities and need to use my resources as best I can.I'm mainly looking for non-flooded houses in the west Houston area that are in need of rehab.

They asked for reimbursement but when investment owners commented that it was not a planned repair, a quote had never been requested (meaning there was no "repeat visit to the property to aid in the confusion), and that the roof actually messed-up the depreciation schedule, etc., it appears to have gone the way of a costly write-off for the roofer.
