Good Afternoon everyone My name is Yves. I Live in NYC. I started wholesaling i have a few houses i can get under contract but i need to know a quick breakdown on how to do it. Anyone feel free to help a brother out. I when to the fileplace cant find any assigment forms for NY, and whats the best way to go about to wrap the deal with the seller. i know how to get the buyer. i just need to know what to do and say to the seller what forms to use? what kinda of lawyer to get? what is the process?
