Yves,

When I go to the File Place I see several Contracts for Purchase or Purchase and Sale Agreements. There are also several Assignment Contracts.

To wholesale you would normally use one contract to purchase the property (Purchase and Sale Agreement or similar). Then you Assign (sell) that contract with an assignment contract with your end buyer.

As far as a NY specific contract, you could go to a real estate or settlement attorney. Either give them a contract you have to review, or ask them to create a contract for you.

Local real estate investor groups should be able to direct you to an appropriate attorney.
