Agent needed in buying flips

Hey folks.

I'm looking for recommendations on agents in the west Houston area to help me in the buying and selling process of flip houses. Any realtor can sell a flipped house so I'm primarily looking for aid in buying.

I know many people will say to not use real estate agents to buy flip houses but I'm holding a full-time job along with other responsibilities and need to use my resources as best I can.

I'm mainly looking for non-flooded houses in the west Houston area that are in need of rehab. I've already been pre-approved for a HML and really want to get this ball rolling. If anyone has recommendations, please throw them my way!
