Should I issue a global 1099-MISC from the holding LLC EIN, even if each invoice was issued for each sub LLC, risking confusing the lawyer CPA?

@Scott JensenTrue true, I guess I had my hopes up from reading the BRRRR book and the emphasis David puts on making cash offers.

I worked first for a global hotel and resort company as a regional manager, and later for a smaller chain of business extended-stay hotels (not Extended-Stay America) in site management.

Because this is a show mostly underwritten by manufacturers, the emphasis will be on new homes which is where more and more community owners are moving anyway.

There is a lot of emphasis on numbers and strategies for locating properties,  however your ability to form and maintain close personal relationships with other people in the community will also have a great deal to do with your success.

@Bob Hucker We have put a lot of emphasis on finding short term tenants that want the flexibility of month-to-month leases while they are in transition.
