On top of that a low-footprint lifestyle is also kinder to the environment.

The states/cities the handle this well will be looked at favorably by businesses that will factor this into their footprint (especially if remote work becomes even more of a norm). 

There are no environmental implications, not in a flood zone, no issues with utilites, and transportation said a typical road would not affect the units available to be built.

Not much different then Sched E on a 1040, except 1/3 the audit foot print in the 1065. 

Bank wouldn't let me take out more than I put into it but, long story short I'm into the property for zero $ (well, legal fees and some environmental testing). 

I'm curious if they can still provide value at a local market level, with such a large footprint. 

We have small foot prints as far as debt goes and recently were jointly approved for a 20K loan at 6.24% for 60 months.

Only if I wanted to increase the footprint, would I have to ensure compliance with current codes.  

Sounds like an environmental nightmare...??
