What if the cleaner is pouring bacon grease down my septic?

The guest pays what we pay our cleaners.  

I'm going to be honest here - if you're looking for a calculator to tell you what your expenses are then you likely don't know enough about what you're doing...You need to come up with a list of all your STR expenses (this includes the cleaning fee since you are the one paying the cleaners!)

then yesterday we did the dump runs  met with a painter for final touch.. and ordered the new construction house cleaners to come in.. in the meantime he got the C of O on the one closing next week.. ( always a challenge in PDX market)..

Its very difficult to track expenses just from receipts, its much cleaner and easier to track expenses STARTING with your bank account.

Most of this time is spent communicating with guests (responding to new reservation requests and answering miscellaneous questions they may have) and coordinating with our cleaner (ensuring her cleaning schedule for our units is up to date, etc.).

If you’re going to manage the bookings, then finding a cleaner and giving them your ical is easy.

Now you can get a cleaner on stand by to take care of it just in case and that would cover that.
