Thats a bit bigger than the fish I chase but gives you an idea.  

lol i think it's smart to budget for new stuff, and then fish around for a deal if you have the time...when i sell a house, it looks pretty new, so i won't buy used appliances unless they look brand new as well

If you aren't there, the guy and a truck will go fishing and swear they were there, especially if they know you have to be at work 120 miles away!

This would be totally fine if I planned on going fishing, but honestly I had no such intent.

Each time the tenant in place on the other side of the duplex has called and complained about the noise.One one such occasion my husband drove over and spoke to the new tenants about the bass from their stereo.

Actually not to sound like a moron but I work alot and have a hard time just doing what he tells me sometimes, let alone figuring out what the best option is in the first place.The trick is finding someone who cares about your business and will really help you, rather than some large firm with bigger fish to fry that just goes through the motions and sends you a bill.

OTH, I'd think many regulators are too busy to go fishing for violations, but if they see some grand errors and intentional violations they could very well start making notes in a file.

This company basically had huge chunks of land, and has been selling it off in 1-10 acre parcels, and putting up small cabin-like structures on them for hunting/fishing.2.
